We spent years working for other companies and watching how they paint them selves into corners. We see just how poorly segregating the experts into separate divisions actually pans out. We truly see the value of factory certified technicians. At the end of the day we would see unethical antics and we knew that was not who we were. We knew there was a way to turn chaos into something civilized. That is exactly what we are here to do!

Ed Shallis
VP of Operations
Ed has been in IT for over 25 years. The first part of his career was a Network Engineer working in state of the art data centers, responsible for managing customer networks and infrastructure so he understands what it is needed to get y0ur networks up and running and staying in peak performance. He has also been a software consultant managing teams to deploy, upgrade and maintain customers critical enterprise software.
